In this picture you can see the different building heights of the midtown CBD. Several of the skyscrapers in this picture are broad/wide at the bottom and narrow at the top. As zoning laws came into effect buildings were designed to be narrow at the top so to restrict less light from the buildings around it. This picture also contains an all glass building, which represents the current building trend of modern floor to ceiling window, high rise condos.
The picture below illustrates how this part of the "frame" is out of its transition zone. At the intersection of Howell Mill and 14 Street with the Southern Railway Right of Way to the north of the building, and under the bridge, this historically industrial gothic building was the first large scale meat packing plant in the South, opened from 1910-1963. The speculating property owners of this abandoned site, and others around it have now made their profits as these buildings have been restored to accommodate retail stores and loft style condos. The old White Provisions building is now home to Room and Board, a trendy furniture store, and behind it are the loft style condos. Just over the bridge you can find several restaurants and retail stores.
Try to be more explicit in linking these examples to Ford, and to develop your explanations more fully, so that the reader understands why these sites are meaningful. Avoid adding extraneous details for the sake of detail--focus on analysis.
